Organisation

The organisation and structure of the IWC. The club is led by an executive board the members of which in the club year 20011/2012 are:

The term of office is one club year with the exception of the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer who serve two years. The position of President alternates between a German incumbent and a foreign national.

The board is supported by standing committees which are responsible for the organisation of the club life. The members of these committees attend to matters concerning the monthly programme, membership, social activities and press relations etc, etc. These members with the executive board constitute the total board which meets monthly.

The business year commences on July 1 and ends on June 30 of the following year. The monthly publication “Club Notes” gives up to date information about the activities for the respective month.

The official club languages are German and English.
