Activities – What does the club offer?

The major aspect of our club life is the monthly membership meeting
to which guests are welcome. These meetings include a programme.
In addition we have approximately 50 special interest groups which
play a very important role in our club life. In these groups IWC
members get together in small groups to pursue their hobbies – topics
covered vary from languages to cooking, from history to museum visits,
from gymnastics to cultural
travel and many more. These meetings usually
take place at members’ homes.

It is our aim to aquaint the ladies with Frankfurt and its surroundings.
With five Germans and 13 other nationalities we find access to
interesting places. We also organize little excursions. In short,
we seek the nonspectacular but attractive unknown. We meet every
second month. About once or twice a year the ladies invite to their
homes. Ladies staying in Frankfurt only temporarily are especially
welcome. We speak German and English.
